A leading UK mortgage brokerage is looking for a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser to join their Sleaford Branch. This full-time role offers access to a robust lead source from established sales teams and an earning potential of £45-70,000 per year once established. Ideal candidates should have significant sales experience and at least 12 months in mortgage broking.
We are working as the exclusive agency for our reputable, market leading and award‑winning client of whom is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) Mortgage Adviser to join their team on a full‑time permanent basis at their Sleaford Branch.
This excellent opportunity has arisen as a result of their continued dynamic growth plans and you will be working from this busy estate agent office as a mortgage adviser, with access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams.
The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be on an employed package and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £45-70,000 + pa once established.
As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working within the property sector would be useful although not essential, however a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important.

Salary : £22,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
