Qualifications

• Must hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong understanding of FCA standards and sourcebooks, including PRIN, COCON, FIT, TC, GEN, DISP, and MCOBS.
• Awareness of financial crime legislation such as SYSC, JMLSG guidance, and the Bribery Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring good outcomes in line with FCA rules and company standards.
• Agree and implement a business development plan with your Supervisor to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and other stakeholders.
