Position: Working Cleaning Supervisor

Hours: 2 days per week: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
3 days per week: 5:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Total: 16.5 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead our early morning cleaning team. This hands‑on role combines supervisory responsibilities with active cleaning duties, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the morning cleaning team
• Conduct quality checks and inspections
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules
• Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and equipment maintenance
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Report maintenance issues and incidents to management
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning reports
