Community Language Schools SA – West Croydon SA

Community Language Schools SA is looking for an experienced Moodle LMS Administrator to join our team on a part‑time basis (approx. 0.7 FTE). In this role, you will manage and maintain our Moodle learning management system, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively to support our online learning programs at our West Croydon, SA location.

What you'll be doing
  • Administering and configuring the Moodle LMS, including user management, course creation, and plugin installation and configuration
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Moodle users, including educators and subject matter experts
  • Developing and maintaining Moodle course content and resources
  • Monitoring system performance and implementing updates and upgrades as needed
  • Collaborating with the IT team to ensure the Moodle LMS is integrated with other systems and platforms
  • Providing training and guidance to Moodle users on best practices and new features
  • Generating reports and analytics to track usage and identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience (3+ years) administering and supporting a Moodle LMS in an educational or corporate setting
  • Strong technical skills in Moodle configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of learning management system best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide support to users
  • Experience with integrating Moodle with other systems and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Familiarity with educational technology and online learning methodologies
