Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Monitoring and Observability Architect to design and implement enterprise monitoring frameworks. The role requires deep experience with monitoring platforms like Dynatrace and ServiceNow, particularly in Tier 1 insurance environments. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of ITIL processes and must be able to work remotely, with occasional travel to London. This position offers up to £750 per day (Inside IR35).

Qualifications

• Strong and recent experience in enterprise monitoring and observability.
• Experience working with highly regulated Tier 1 insurance environments.
• Experience in regulated environments within Tier 1 insurance providers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the current state architecture.
• Design the target state architecture.
• Collaborate with product owner on implementation roadmap.
• Provide technical inputs for M&O business case.

Skills

Building enterprise monitoring and observability platforms

Monitoring and Observability Architect

3 months initially

Location: Remote with travel to London as required

Upto £750.00 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Key deliverables

• Gain an understanding of the current state architecture
• Design the target state architecture
• Work with the product owner to design an implementation roadmap and transitional architectures
• Assist with technical inputs for development of M&O business case

Experience

• Deep experience in building enterprise monitoring and observability platforms
• Active knowledge on enterprise deployments of Dynatrace, ServiceNow and Grafana
• Experience of highly regulated environments within Tier 1 insurance providers
• Understanding of how monitoring is used in ITIL processes
