A leading special needs education provider is looking for an Operations Administrator to provide essential support in daily operations. This role involves maintaining records, assisting with reporting, and facilitating communication across teams. Candidates should possess a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics, be IT literate, and have strong administrative experience. The position is home-based with occasional travel and offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.

Momenta Operations Administrator
Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications, not pro rata)
Home-based with occasional travel when required
Permanent 52 weeks.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Operations Administrator will provide essential administrative, coordination, and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting operational processes, assisting with reporting and data management, and facilitating communication across teams. By delivering high‑quality administrative support and contributing to the improvement of systems and workflows, the Operations Administrator helps the organisation operate effectively and achieve its operational goals.
This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various professional groups.
