A leading company in fenestration solutions is seeking a field sales representative to manage customer accounts and drive new business across the M4 corridor and South West. The ideal candidate will have fenestration sales experience and the ability to build strong relationships. This role offers a negotiable salary, bonus scheme, a fully expensed company car, and necessary tools to succeed in a dynamic market.
Due to continued growth, we have the immediate need for a new member within our sales team. Ideally suited for someone looking to step up from Trade Counter Sales, or office-based sales to a full autonomous field sales position.
This is a field-based role focussed on our key Geographic locations along the M4 corridor and down to South West. However, UK wide travel for important accounts will be necessary.
You will be responsible for the management of our existing customers, along with the initial contact from our ongoing Lead Generation programme and tasked with winning new accounts for our Warm Roof products as well as PVC-U Windows and Doors across our range of products.
You will be expected to build relationships with new prospects to the point that they choose Modplan as their preferred supplier for all fenestration products.
Fenestration sales is a pre-requisite, and it would be desirable but not essential to have experience in selling conservatories and any warm roof system.
Independent; resilient; flexible in approach and able to adapt to ever changing market. Ability to cross sell our entire range of products and build long-term relationships.
Basic salary negotiable for right candidate, plus bonus scheme, a fully expensed company car, Holidays increasing with time served & pension. A Mobile Phone; laptop with our CRM system to manage your leads; and any additional tools needed to do the job will be provided.
