Overview

Due to company growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Engineer in the Kent area. Our client offers their customers an all-in-one, go-to destination for vehicle and plant repairs and maintenance. As a Plant Engineer you will be responsible for multiple customer's sites ensuring excellent customer service and a high standard of servicing and repairs on their customer's sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs on a variety of assets at customer sites, including but not limited to: trailers, winches, dumpers, diggers, skimmers, telehandlers (including Manitou) and other smaller equipment, pallet trucks and pumps.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of servicing and repairs on client sites.
• Pre-booked jobs are coordinated by Head Office; job sheets and bookings are communicated via tablet.
• Operate as a lone worker with the support of a people-focused business.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Own tools; specialist tooling can be supplied if required (e.g., torque wrench and testing gauges).
• LOLER training is ideal, but training can be provided.

Compensation

Basic salary £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses of up to £1,000 per quarter after probation.
