Qualifications

Location : London, Essex, and Hertfordshire (Mobile)

Shift Pattern : 4 on 4 off rolling rota including Nights & Weekends shift times are 19 : 00-07 : 00

Reports To : Control Room Supervisor / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will be the frontline security presence across our operational areas, ensuring the safety and security of client premises and assets.

  • Routine Site Patrols : Conduct scheduled security inspections (internal and external) of client properties.
  • Key-holding and Lock / Unlocks : Execute opening and closing procedures for commercial premises at scheduled times. Alarm Response : Promptly and professionally respond to alarm activations, assess the cause, and follow defined escalation protocols.
  • Incident Management : Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, or potential risks identified during patrols.
  • Vehicle & Equipment Checks : Maintain the patrol vehicle and ensure all communication and safety equipment is functional.
  • Liaison : Maintain clear and constant communication with the Control Room and emergency services as required.
Essential Requirements
