Mobile Maintenance Engineer 35-38K – London

My client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding company. The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms. They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK; some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Door repairs & locks
• Retail PPM Maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Re-lamping
• Basic electrics
• Water drains maintenance
• Carpentry
• Emergency Light Testing
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Small installations
• Painting & decorating

Requirements

• Live within the London / M25 orbital region and happy travelling with occasional working away from home.
• Full clean driving licence
• Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.

Package

• 35 - 38K - depending on experience
• 40 hour working week
