Mobile Forklift Engineer – Swindon

We’re looking for a Mobile Forklift Engineer to join a leading materials handling company, covering the Swindon & surrounding areas. (BS, BA, SN Postcodes) Will also consider technicians & engineers from similar industries (Automotive, HGV, Plant, Ag) looking for a change or into a mobile position.

The Role

• Service, repair and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown support
• Work independently in a mobile role, with support from the wider service team

Full manufacturer training and ongoing support, About You

• Previous experience as a forklift engineer, plant fitter, vehicle technician, or similar
• Strong skills in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential
• IT literate, able to use technology for reporting and parts ordering
• Full UK driving licence
