Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or a similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of NHS Organisation.
• Understanding of cleanliness and good hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regular 1‑1s/appraisals with FM staff.
• Ensure that mandatory training is up to date.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for patients and staff.
• Deliver stores to each site efficiently.
• Arrange rosters for sufficient cover.
• Provide FM support and advice as needed.
• Handle complaints and report issues.
• Display excellent customer service with interpersonal skills.
