Qualifications

  • Proven electrical and mechanical engineering experience in a field-based role.
  • Strong fault-finding capability with a methodical, detail-focused approach.
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
  • Willingness to travel UK-wide and attend Doncaster HQ for training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mobile engineering support to customer installations nationwide.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical and electro-mechanical faults in the field.
  • Carry out commissioning of equipment and deliver first-line customer training.
  • Respond to faults and incidents in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Complete all required documentation and system updates accurately.
