Qualifications

• Strong all-round building fabric knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reactive and remedial building maintenance works.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure all works are completed within agreed timescales and standards.
