• Manage industrial disease claims where appropriate.
• Draft court documents and represent clients in hearings.

• Take individual responsibility for a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated military claims
• Manage industrial disease claims where appropriate
• Apply expert knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, relevant legislation, and case law
• Draft court documents and represent clients in hearings
• Maintain excellent client care and deliver exceptional service in line with internal standards
• Achieve financial targets while contributing to the profitability of the team
• Work collaboratively while exercising strong independent judgment and decision-making
• Manage risk effectively and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
