Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder in the Redditch area.

Details

• Location: Redditch B98 0


• Working days: Monday - Thursday Only


• Shift details: Days 9.75 hours per day


• Pay rate: £15 per hour


• Duration of role: Temp to Perm

Role of a MIG/TIG Welder

• Experienced TIG/MIG Welder for Mild Steel and Aluminium, using jigs and fixtures


• Legibly and accurately record activities on required documentation


• Properly and safely use all tools/machinery necessary to run each job as efficiently and with as little waste as possible


• Run the order as quickly and efficiently as quality allow


• Read and understand quality standards, ensuring quality standards are met


• Remove and properly dispose of all waste/reject materials


• Responsible for the cleanliness of the tool/machine and your working area


• Report any/all mechanical issues encountered during the shift


• Prepare and direct press assistant in the staging of the next job

• Will have to take a welder test at interview stage
