Midday Supervisor
7.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Point 2 (FTE £24,413 per year, approx. £4,137 pro‑rata)
Commencing: January 2026

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally

  • Have experience of working in a busy environment with children
  • Have experience organising and running lunchtime activities
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
  • Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
  • Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
  • Have a ‘can‑do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
  • Be able to work flexibly and professionally
About Role

We are looking for an experienced Midday Supervisor to join our team, working 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year to cover lunchtimes. The purpose of this role is to help support the safe and efficient running of lunchtimes, including helping to organise and utilise resources at lunch time, supporting and running activities for children to engage with and supporting with first aid where required.
