MID-LEVEL LAWYER FOCUS

We’re seeing a growing demand for specialists at mid-level for both in-house and private practice, and are keen to connect with talented lawyers ready for a new challenge.

Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

Handle high-value Court of Session cases (shareholder, partnership, contract disputes, insolvency) within a collaborative boutique firm.

Minimum 4 years’ PQE as Associate or Partner; proven experience managing complex commercial disputes and generating new business.

Full-time role with one day per week remote working; strong office presence encouraged to support client relationships.

Join the Renewables team advising on offshore/onshore projects, M&A, complex titles, financing, and project trading.

2–3 years’ PQE in property-related roles; prior exposure to renewable energy transactions preferred.

Ideal for candidates with genuine interest in the clean energy sector and development opportunities.

Personal and Family / Executry – Edinburgh / Glasgow (Assignment 13925)

Advise private clients on wills, estate planning, trusts, executries, and cross-border matters in a respected UK firm.

Minimum 5 years’ PQE for Associate or 8 years for Senior Associate; strong track record in private client work essential.

Role based in Edinburgh with flexibility for Glasgow candidates; involvement in business development and mentoring.

Broad commercial disputes work across sectors (construction, energy, property, IT, agriculture) with client engagement and training delivery.

Minimum 3 years’ PQE; confident managing caseload in Sheriff Courts and Court of Session with strong drafting skills.

Aberdeen-based with opportunities for travel and career progression.

Commercial Property – Edinburgh / Hybrid (Assignment 17301)

Advise on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, leasing, asset transfers, and securities in a supportive team.

Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property (or strong residential background and interest in commercial).

Full-time hybrid role with career development prospects and significant client contact.

Private Client – Dundee (Assignment 14816)

Advise on asset protection, inheritance tax planning, trusts, wills, executries, and powers of attorney in a dynamic team.

Senior Associate role for candidates ideally with 3+ years’ PQE and strong private client experience.
