Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Exchange Solution Architect to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Exchange solutions. The role includes leading migrations and divestitures, strengthening security posture, and working closely with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 tenants, Exchange environments, and SMTP relay solutions
• Configure mail flow, DNS (MX / SPF / DMARC / DKIM), and security baselines
• Lead Exchange and tenant-to-tenant migrations, cutovers, and divestiture activities
• Implement Entra ID, DLP, sensitivity labels, IRM, retention, and compliance controls
• Support eDiscovery, legal hold, and audit initiatives
• Automate migration and operational tasks using PowerShell and Graph API
• Develop runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation
• Work closely with cybersecurity and cloud teams for design reviews and governance

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Microsoft 365 / Exchange Solution Architect
• Deep expertise in Exchange (2013 / 2016 / 2019), Exchange Online, and hybrid models
• Experience with migration tools (BitTitan, ShareGate, AvePoint)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and Zero Trust principles
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
