Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of microbiology lab activities.
• Working experience in a laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of UKAS and ISO methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production output and quality in the lab.
• Ensure compliance with lab procedures for samples.
• Manage training and development of team members.

Skills

Strong management skills for performance/absence management

Competence in IT, including eLIMS

Knowledge of customers and sample matrices

Strong knowledge of main lab activities

A Level or equivalent in Microbiology
