Overview

Qualified MFL Teacher — Birmingham

Aspire People are currently looking to recruit an Excellent MFL teacher who's looking for a new challenge and wants to be part of a strong department. The job is a full time position. The post will involve teaching either French or Spanish throughout the School from KS3 and KS4. The position is starting from September and will continue until the end of the Autumn term, with a view to extending.

Responsibilities
  • Teach either French or Spanish to KS4, with ability to differentiate lessons for students of all abilities.
  • Assess, mark and plan lessons; assess achievements of pupils; provide progress reports and attend parents’ evenings and department meetings.
  • Work as a permanent member of staff and contribute to department development and school targets.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding student outcomes.
  • Ability to motivate pupils and set high expectations in a high-achieving team.
  • Strong classroom practice and willingness to engage with staff development and SLT initiatives.
