A leading independent office services provider in Ely seeks a Meter and Billing Administrator to oversee the collection and processing of meter readings for service invoicing. Your role will involve managing invoice procedures and liaising with customers to resolve queries. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience and a passion for customer care. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive benefits, including health assessments and generous leave policies.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch, unpaid.
Salary: £23,900 per year

The Meter and Billing Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering the collection and processing of meter readings to enable service invoicing. Manage meter reading collection methods and facilitate the sending of email meter readings requests. Assist with raising service-related invoices, primarily meterage, cost per copy and associated service charges.
