Overview

MET Technician / Strip Fitter – OTE: £50,000

Details

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000


• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours)


• Location: Bolton

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.


• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.


• Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).


• Previous experience working as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter within a busy body shop; strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.


• Work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
