Are you passionate about bringing retail experiences to life through innovative displays and immersive environments? We’re looking for a Retail Display Project Manager to lead the execution of high-impact retail programs across the UK and Europe.

About the Role

As a European Retail Display Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of retail display initiatives—ranging from permanent fixture installations to campaign-based pop-ups. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead the delivery of retail design, campaign, and technical elements across fixture programs and activations.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and creative teams to resolve asset-related issues.
• Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and oversee payment workflows.
• Host weekly vendor calls to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support internal process improvements to drive efficiency across retail programs.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure project momentum and success.

What You’ll Bring
