Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for your category

• Work closely with Buyers to build commercial and trend-led ranges
• Monitor and manage stock levels to optimise availability and minimise markdown
• Conduct weekly and seasonal trading reviews, proposing actions to maximise sales
• Support international growth through tailored assortment and allocation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, E-commerce and Retail teams
• Provide clear and insightful reporting to inform strategic decisions

• Previous experience in a merchandising role within fashion retail
• Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
• Excellent Excel and data interpretation skills
