This is a permanent, full time position working hybrid - Monday & Friday from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Bingley office.

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Inbound Supply Chain team! In this role you will assist in the delivery of departmental KPIs with a focus on stock KPIs.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Place and chase all initial and repeat orders as agreed with the Inbound Manager, confirming orders with suppliers.
  • Manage the 'to follow' file by chasing and prioritising purchase orders and completing weekly reporting to ensure 'to follows' are released to customers as quickly as possible.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered on time and take action where required.
  • Identify airfreight where needed, taking a commercial view of requirements to maximise service.
  • Develop a good relationship with our Logistics team working together to ensure business priorities are communicated and carried out.
  • Create weekly inbound reports as required.
  • Work closely with the Merchandise team and ensure they are advised of any potential stock issues.
What we’re looking for

Someone who is a team player and highly numerate, with great Excel skills and knowledge. The right person will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail, whilst being a pro-active problem solver and confident in using their initiative to challenge and question things.
