Our Sales Consultants are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the key contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service every time.

About The Role

Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle has an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or sales. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them in purchasing a new car.

This role involves flexible working patterns, including weekends, to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

About You

You should have good interpersonal skills, pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Please note, candidates will be asked to attend an assessment centre. Candidates must have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement.
