Job summary

A leading school catering company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Menu Administrator to manage menu content and ensure accuracy across platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, managing recipes, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and preferably experience in hospitality. The position offers a Monday to Friday working schedule, 25 days holiday, and access to various rewards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Fourth Hospitality / Menu Manager (Not Essential).
  • Knowledge of allergen and nutritional regulations (Not Essential).
  • Hands-on experience with Fourth or similar hospitality management software ideally.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and retire menu cycles within the Fourth StarChef system.
  • Ensure all recipe data is accurately entered.
  • Create and maintain accurate ingredient records within StarChef.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the Food Development team and Business Support.
