Active Pathways Ltd is currently recruiting a passionate Support Workers to join Brook House in Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire on a part-time basis, working 26.25 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team, ensuring that the individuals we support can live as independently as possible. Brook House is a 13-bed supported living service providing person-centred support for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism. With 24-hour staffing and a passionate multi-disciplinary team, Brook House helps residents build independence and work towards recovery.
