A dedicated care provider in Manchester is looking for Mental Health Support Workers for their Nights Team. This role requires a caring and reliable individual with over 6 months of experience in supporting those with mental health issues and substance misuse. Responsibilities include supporting residents in achieving their goals and managing challenging behaviors. We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental HealthSupport Workersto join onNights Teamat Lighthouse Care! 🌷

Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse

Our ideal support worker will:
  • Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse
  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
  • Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
  • Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
  • Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge
Hours and contracts
  • Shift Patterns: Days = 8am - 8pm
  • Nights = 8pm - 8am
  • Contract Types: Bank contracts available
