Qualifications

  • Working knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector or similar.
  • Working knowledge or experience in the security field.
  • Good working knowledge of security systems.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Flexibility, reliability and ability to work a 12 hour shift pattern on days or nights.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to show initiative while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for Manual Vehicles (essential).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain security systems and records.
  • Manage key management and process staff and visitors.
  • Respond to all emergency incidents including fire and intruder alarms.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols of the site.
  • Support female patients in our care.
