Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Mental Health Safety Planning Outreach Team Lead to lead a small specialist team delivering a vital suicide prevention pilot service across East Berkshire.
The Mental Health Safety Planning Outreach Team Lead is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of the Safety Planning Outreach Service, providing high-quality line management, supervision and support one Outreach Worker while also holding a small caseload.
