A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Band 3 Recovery Worker to support individuals with complex mental health needs. The role involves assisting with care programmes and promoting social inclusion. Applicants should have a basic knowledge of mental health and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications. This full-time permanent position offers a salary between £24,937 and £26,598 per year.
We are offering an exciting and unique new role as a Band 3 Recovery Worker within our Integrated Mental Health Teams (IMHT) across South Staffordshire, supporting our new First Transitions Pathway. The First Transitions Pathway is a service to help support individuals with complex mental health needs as they move from the structured support of forensic services to community-focused care. This transformation promotes sustained recovery, meaningful community integration, and empowerment for service users to lead fulfilling lives. The specialised team will work in close collaboration with the six IMHTs spanning South Staffordshire.
