Join Our Team as a Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8a) equivalent and work within our practices in the Wellingborough neighbourhood to deliver same day support to our patients. We are looking for an experienced Mental Health ANP to join our Neighbourhood Access Service, part of the innovative New Models Programme.
You will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team within primary care to provide same‑day mental health assessments, manage crisis presentations, follow up discrete episodes of mental illness and deliver evidence‑based care. The Neighbourhood of Wellingborough, consisting of 8 GP Practices, is seeking to develop an innovative new model of care. You will be working with a team of GPs and other specialist ANPs to deliver same‑day care to the Wellingborough population.
