About The Role

We at PEI Media are looking for a Membership Success Executive to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London on a three-month FTC. The successful candidate will help our members – investors, fund managers, and other professionals in private markets - participate in, use, contribute to, and rely on our membership products.

Responsibilities
  • Drive members to complete/update their profiles or help them do so to unlock networking opportunities and maximize value from the network.
  • Conduct an introductory demo of the membership platform, highlighting its key features and explaining how to maximize their membership.
  • Undertake a quarterly review of membership activity; conduct check-in calls; engage with members to register for upcoming meetings, conferences, and activities.
  • Use analytics tools to identify members who are renewal risks.
  • Gather feedback on the value of the membership and on how we can improve our member events, panels, webinars, and content.
  • Help connect new members to peers within their community.
  • Maintain CRM records and profiles.
  • Work closely with colleagues in member acquisition, marketing, editorial, the central data office, memberships and product development.
  • Provide support at in-person meetings around the globe that range from large-scale conferences to small private meetings, as well as logistical support for online meetings.
  • Support the leaders of each membership network in executing their meeting strategies by targeting specific members before and during events.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Knowledge of community management, event logistics, marketing, or publishing subscriptions is welcome
  • Broad understanding or interest in private markets
  • A recent background in Events, Customer Service/Success, Administration, Marketing, or Community / Account Management
Additional Information
  • Reports to: Senior Member Relations Manager
  • Location: London office three days a week minimum
  • Travel will be required within Europe
