Role Overview

Are you passionate about driving member engagement and retention? Join this London based Royal Society as Membership Manager - Retention and Engagement. In this pivotal role, you’ll support and implement programmes designed to enhance member retention and engagement, develop annual events, and create marketing activities that showcase the benefits of membership.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Strategic Programme Support : Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Marketing to create and execute a global retention and engagement programme.
  • Programme Delivery : Ensure the timely delivery of events, content, and services to boost member retention.
  • Member Journey Mapping : Identify touchpoints and develop strategies to retain members at risk of leaving.
