Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maximise member and guest experience
  • Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Serve as a key holder, covering shifts as required
  • Understand and operate membership software systems
  • Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym focus areas
  • Assist the Fitness Manager on the Gym Floor
  • Experience the products and services offered
  • Ensure facilities cleanliness exceeds expectations
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets
  • Handle member complaints effectively and inform management
