Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Customer Services Team at Head Office (based at Yate Active Lifestyle Centre) in the role of Membership Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out administration linked to customer memberships and swimming lessons
  • Help to retain existing members
  • Deal with customer complaints and issues as necessary
  • Create reports
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across the membership databases and associated administration
  • Work closely with the contact centre, finance team and other company departments on the administration and accuracy of the membership database and procedures
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Have experience of administrative work and good keyboard skills
  • Have experience of drafting letters and emails
  • Have significant experience of using computer systems, in particular membership databases, Word and Excel
  • Have good numeric skills
