Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and maintenance of RCSS-owned dictionaries.
• Design, build, and test complex rules to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• Manage and track dictionary requests in accordance with local policies.
• Serve as a Meditech Expanse SME for the relevant application.
• Promote best practices and standardisation across the UK division.

Skills

System maintenance experience

ServiceNow or other request management systems

MEDITECH or similar EHR

Business Analysis and projects experience

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Analytical and data-driven approach

Understanding of UK Private Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Wide breadth of industry knowledge

Degree or equivalent in IT/Clinical or Business education
