Overview

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting for a Medical Workforce Officer. The closing date is 28 September 2025.

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support service for the Medical Workforce team. To support the Medical Workforce team to achieve full oversight of medical temporary staffing including agency locum bookings and development of the medical bank. To support the Resident rotation onboarding processes. To maintain the required level of knowledge and expertise through close working with associated team functions. To provide high quality and efficient advice on queries relating to the medical workforce, recruitment, Trust terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures.

Experience
  • Extensive Senior Administrative experience for a senior manager in a medium sized or large organisation
  • Experience working on multiple deadlines at one time
  • Experience of supporting and minuting senior level meetings
  • Experience of providing support to and prioritising work for more than one individual
Knowledge
  • Experience working within a Medical Workforce / HR setting
  • Strong organisational skills: Prioritisation, Multi-tasking, time management, managing to deadlines
  • Confident with handling and routine analysis of numeric data
  • Highly proficient in MS Office: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint
