An NHS community trust in Bodmin is seeking a Medical Staffing Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and staff. Responsibilities include supporting medical staff recruitment, managing schedules, and being the main contact for administrative queries. We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Staffing Assistant to join our team.
In this role you will provide a full and comprehensive administrative support to managers and staff within the Medical Directorate and assist with the administration of the Medical Staffing Department within Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This post will provide support on medical administration issues with responsibility for a wide range of tasks and systems and will provide information and advice. You will also undertake the operational recruitment of Medical Staff for the Trust.
You will need to have an organised and methodical manner, whilst managing competing demands on your time, as you will be the first point of contact for all queries and requests into the department relating to medical administration.
