Qualifications

  • Good general standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent including English.
  • RSA II or equivalent in word processing/audio typing RSA III, Medical secretarial qualification (BSMS Certificate) or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a very busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of medical secretarial assistance to consultants and their team.
  • Manage own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Produce all patient letters and correspondence using audio typing.
