A healthcare trust in the UK is looking for a part-time Medical Secretary to support the team in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will handle responsibilities such as minuting meetings, typing clinical letters, and greeting service users. An excellent level of organisational and communication skills is essential. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity for further training and development.
The North Stoke Community CAMHS team are looking to recruit a part time [30 hours a week] B3 Medical Secretary to support the Team based in Tunstall, Stoke on Trent. The successful postholder will be flexible, willing to undertake training, have excellent organisational skills and be a good team worker. Please note - due to current Immigration rules and regulations, this post is not eligible for sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be required to use in house systems such as Lorenzo [electronic patient record system], training for which, will be provided. You will be required to organise your own workload, using your own initiative to meet deadlines. You will be required to plan and organise clinics therefore good communication skills are essential. Excellent keyboard skills are also essential to the role.
