Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 4 Medical Personal Assistant (37.5 hours per week) to work with the CAMHS Specialist services at Junction 17. We are seeking an medical personal assistant with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a large team and demonstrates a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.

Main duties of the job

• Provide a full and comprehensive PA role to multiple consultants, clinical staff and members of the multi-disciplinary team within the Specialist Services Care Group.
• Maintain appropriate electronic and paper filing systems and coordinate clinical activities for consultants and clinicians within your area of responsibility.
• Carry out all relevant tasks pertaining to the Specialist role of the Consultant Psychiatrists.
• Effectively coordinate the referral system.
