This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly organised individual to join a dynamic Programme Team at a leading medical communications company based in Fulham. This company is at the forefront of the medical field, with a focus on Education, News & Media, and Insights.

We are looking for a Medical Administrative Executive to support the creation and delivery of upcoming educational projects. This is a role that encourages professional development, offering the chance to work closely with the Head of Global Programme Management and a passionate, wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the faculty, managing all communications from initial invitations through to session scheduling, travel, and accommodation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date programme and faculty information in our internal databases and on the website.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support for faculty tracking and programme planning, including database exports and document preparation.
  • Managing the abstracts programme from end-to-end; coordinating submissions, liaising with reviewers, and scheduling accepted presentations.
  • Supporting on-site programme delivery, ensuring faculty are fully briefed and providing a smooth, professional experience for all participants.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in building an in-depth understanding of medical and clinical topics.
  • A high standard of organisational ability and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise a varied workload effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including high proficiency in MS Office.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent is preferred, providing a good foundation for liaising with academic speakers.
  • Prior experience in successfully managing large-scale projects or activities is ideal, particularly within an education or clinical context.
