Salary:£28,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience)plus excellent benefits

What you’ll do as a Media Tutor

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Design and deliver educational programmes that align with course aims, reviewing and improvingCó content for quality.
  • Plan engaging lessons using high‑quality materials and resources to optimise learning.
  • Manage all aspects of learner accreditation.
  • Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, achievements, and provide performance reports as needed.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with learners to foster a productive learning environment.
  • Support security procedures by carrying out rub‑down searches of prisoners when required.
Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have

  • A minimum Level χεία award in Education and Training (QCF), or equivalent.
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Media or a related subject area.
  • Experience in roles requiring strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Recent and relevant teaching experience in your subject area.
