Job description

Position: Performance Marketer at K&K Media

Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)

Flexible Working Hours: This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule. Most communication happens between 13:00/14:00 - 22:00/00:00 (Kyiv time), when full-time team members are online.

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager specialized in Meta and TikTok advertising. The role involves managing ad campaigns, tracking, and working with attribution models, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, and etc.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (primary focus: Meta; Pinterest experience is a plus).
  • Track performance, manage budgets, and hit ROAS/CPA targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to test, learn, and scale media-buying strategies.
  • Communicate with teammates to optimize spend and drive growth.
Requirements
  1. Practical hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok (Pinterest is a plus).
  2. Proven, hands-on experience in e-commerce for Shopify stores with monthly budgets of $50,000+ and demonstrated scaling results.
  3. Experience with Tier-1 markets.
  4. English B2/С1+ with clear communication.
  5. Proficiency with Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4 or similar.
  6. High self-organization, ownership, and proactive mindset.
Nice to have
  • Pinterest Ads (setup, optimization, creatives).
  • TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop operations.

  • Fixed monthly payment per project.
  • After 3 months of successful project delivery, the fixed payment increases; further growth is tied to results.
  • Part-time, flexible hours. Primary communication window is 13:00/14:00–22:00/00:00 (Kyiv).
  • Calls by prior arrangement are reporting-only and occur rarely (weekly or monthly, as needed).
  • Fully remote; team primarily in Ukraine/Europe/Armenia/Azerbaijan/Georgia (English/Russian-speaking internal communication).
  • Growth path toward Team Lead in performance marketing.
