Mechanical Supervisor

East Midlands

Our client, a well-established and growing building services contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a range of high-profile commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installation works (plumbing and heating systems, pipework, HVAC systems, plant rooms ect)
• Manage and coordinate site labour and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Monitor progress against programme
• Carry out quality inspections
• Liaise with other trades and client representatives
• Ensure materials and resources are available on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the building services sector.
• Strong background of running commercial projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
