Job summary

A leading national service provider in the utilities sector is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join their construction team in Perth, Scotland. This role involves overseeing all mechanical aspects of essential infrastructure projects, ensuring HSQE and budget requirements are met. Ideal candidates should possess a recognised mechanical qualification and experience in the Water and Waste Water Treatment industry. Qualifications

  • Proven experience within the Water and Waste Water Treatment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all works are carried out with due consideration for the local community and the travelling public.
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor the Mechanical site team as required.
  • Promote and maintain cost-conscious management through the efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare, review, and regularly update realistic project programmes.
  • Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, communicated, and kept up to date.
  • Ensure all as-constructed records are completed and provided to the CDMC in a timely manner.

Strong mechanical background
Health, Safety, and Environmental qualification
CSCS Site Manager card
First Aid at Work certification

Education

Recognised Mechanical Engineering or Site Management qualification
