Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical packages on large commercial developments.
• Background working for an M&E or Mechanical Contractor.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of the mechanical package on a large commercial project.
• Managing site teams, supervisors, and mechanical subcontractors.
• Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety performance.
• Coordinating design development, technical submissions, and procurement.
• Working closely with the client, consultants, and internal commercial teams.

Skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong technical knowledge of building services

Proven experience delivering mechanical packages

Education

Mechanical trade or engineering qualification

SMSTS or equivalent
